MySearchFund, is it another PayPerSearch scam?
After long waiting for SlashMySearch payment and still not paid yet 
, I’m introduced to another search engine that promise to pay per search. The name is MySearchFund.. So what is it.. is it just like SMS that finally suspected as scam?

MySearchFund is a privately owned commercial organization called Vine On Line Limited registered in England & Wales: Company number 5955358. Registered Office Unit 1A, Wrexham Enterprise Park, Ash Road North, Wrexham Industrial Estate, Wrexham, LL13 9JT.
MSF is a wholly owned subsidiary of a privately owned company Alpexus Ltd, a web marketing company formed in 2004.
MSF have partnered with Ask.com who are rewarding loyalty by giving a portion of this advertising revenue, if the search has been made through one of MSF search boxes. By combining these searches they are able to negotiate better rates with Ask. So whenever you use our Ask.com search box you earn 50% of any advertising revenue generated!
It’s completely FREE and you can start earning right away. What’s more, you can recommend a friend and earn 10% of their revenue.
Payment either into your bank account or via PayPal. Payout will be every 30 days, 45 days after each month end. e.g. For searches in January will paid in mid March.
Going for Free Poundsterling
This site is relatively new, so there none of user get paid. I wa a little skeptic about this one. The rate per search is too high. I have 54 search and it convert to £1.42
What make me keep register for this site is that they are teamed with Ask.com so it seems pretty reliable. Is it another scam site? Well, I duno.. it’s too soon to tell.

SlashMySearch scam vs new paid to search
Still waiting payment from SlashMySearch? I remember that I have $60 more and I request payment from SlashMySearch six month ago and never receive any cents in my account. Although every day I receive notification in my mailbox that I have new referral from SlashMySearch, I won’t waste my time to visit the site.
Good news is there’s more paid to searches that has better service than SlashMySearch. Better search result and better search rate and better search engine. Among those service, I go for MyHomePageFriend or MyHPF.co.uk … geez, this name is soooo hard to remember and another one is Scour.com.
MyHPF is a new name for MySearchFunds and it pays with Poundsterlings (£). Many people has received payment from them so I think this one is scam-free.
Scour is new player. Started at July 2008 and growing so fast. This one is still in beta and I haven’t found any proof of payment. Perhaps couple of weeks from now, we will see a photograph of Scour’s member with his Visa Gift Card in hand. Posed for curious dollar hunter
Comparing their service, MyHPF vs Scour, I think MyHPF has more advantage but Scour is only one month old now… they still have plenty of room to getting bigger.

Cash for Search, how to cash out fast
After register in MySearchFunds, I did couple of search using MSF. I must admit that Google.com still have better search result than Ask.com but my main purpose is not looking for search result. It’s CASH from the very beginning! So the search result is not as good as Google but still related to key search and has other value too

From daily searches I made, I know the earning per search is fluctuate. It’s not a fixed rate. But the minimum amount is £0.01 (I’ve test it with one search). Let’s calculate how or when we can withdraw from MSF. You see.. the minimum amount to withdraw is £20. So in order to get paid in 30 days then you need to earn £0.67 each day (£20 ÷ 30days). To get £0.67, at least need 67 searches to be done.
It is doable but you need to be careful here or you’ll be caught as frauding. Make your search as natural as can be.
Some tips in MySearchFunds
- Natural search. Means, you did your search just for the money. Click one or two of the result. Follow the link and keep it open for about 2 minutes. Click any link on the page.
- Do not use searchbot.
- Get referrals as much as possible. Lots of referrals will generate nice passive income for you.

SlashMySearch Payment Request Issued
SlashMySearch (SMS) has started to pay its affiliates again 
. So if you have account with SlashMySearch and have $20 or more in your earning, you can request payment. Today I login to my account and I can make payment request again. On my last visit there, my earning was stop since October 2007.
Latest news from SMS is they start to pay for January 1, 2008 through February 29, 2008. It may also include earlier pay periods if earnings are rolled over. So… I’m requesting payment today. It’s only $62 passive income!
March 17, 2008 …. payment request issued. I’ll post the result when I can see the fund in my paypal account.
